 All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Anything returned after 30 days of receiving an item will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Canceled Orders: 

• For orders canceled before the purchased product ships, a 4% service fee will be deducted from the purchase price. We incur credit card and service processing fees that equal to the amount deducted. Any orders cancelled on the same day will be returned in full.

Exception: 

• Power supplies are covered by a 30-day warranty, cordless phones are covered by a 90-day warranty, and voicemail cards/units with hard drives are covered by a 30-day warranty.  Warranty Information

• We promise speedy delivery, offering FedEx shipping, and getting your orders out the door as fast as possible (usually same day). We primarily ship using FedEx Ground service, however we reserve the right to ship any other standard (or other) method. Business-day standard shipping orders placed by 1:00 pm PST usually ship the same day.

Expedited Shipping

• We offer expedited shipping options at standard shipping rates (Express Saver, 2Day, Overnight). For any expedited shipping, all online orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. PST. We put priority on orders in which customers choose non-discount, expedited shipping, and although we can't guarantee it ships the same day, if placed by 1:00 p.m. PST, these orders should be shipped that day. Almost every order is shipped within 24 hours. There are some exceptions, however, depending on the circumstances and products. We do not assume liability or responsibility on the part of our affiliates or the shipping company. Any delay caused by events out of their control or acts of nature usually are not guaranteed by the carrier and are out of our control. In case of an expedited order made before the cutoff time, it is our responsibility to be sure the product is given to the shipper in a timely manner as to meet the expedited shipping requirements. If the product is not delivered by the carrier, we do not take responsibility as this is out of our hands.

Canadian Shipping Options

• We ship Canadian freight by Standard to Canada, rates vary depending on package weight shipping discounts may apply ask your sales rep!

 Please be advised that you may be required to pay Canadian duties and taxes upon receipt of your purchase. 

• We cannot estimate the amount of these taxes as they are not determined by Startechtel.com and are not paid to Startechtel.com.
